We see Hiro with Ando in Japan Hiro gets a random DVD from his dad

Sylar attacks Claire he is invisible to her

Maya is with mohinder he realizes the source of powers and wants re to get mad

Hiro and ando watch the DVD and his dad tells him never open the safe but he does

Then dad says I told you not to open and there is a secret formula to protect

Formula is chemistry but Daphne steals even after he stops time

Future peter transports into peter and tells Matt that he had to stop Nathan because future is messed up

Nathan leaves the hospital but peter is following him to make sure that he does not tell the news reporter

Sylar attacks Claire and gets her head cut open

Asks if he is going to eat it and he says that's disgusting

He takes her powers and then saves her

Panel....or pep rally? Thousands of Heroes fans packed Comic-Con's largest venue to get the first look at season three before it returns to NBC — after a nine-month-hiatus — on Sept. 22. And when we say first look, we mean a complete 44-minute look: Executive Producer Tim Kring told the 6,000-plus crowd that he not only wants them to be among the first to see the start of Volume III (titled "The Second Coming"), but that he'd also like them to spread the word once they leave San Diego. "Go back and talk about it and say it's better than ever," Kring said. Spoilers begin after the jump:

• The action begins with a "future" Peter (Milo Ventimiglia, pictured) coming back to modern day in an effort to shoot Nathan (Adrian Pasdar) before he exposes their secret powers to the world.

• Matt (Greg Grunberg) discovers future-Peter's real identity — but is banished into the middle of nowhere before he can do anything about it.

• Mohinder (Sendhil Ramamurthy) finally isolates Maya's (Dania Ramirez) powers in chemical form, and uses a syringe to inject himself with the magic elixir rather than give the girl what she wants — freedom from the hell of her super-human affliction.

• Sylar (Zachary Quinto) traps Claire (Hayden Panettiere) in her house and literally rips open her head to steal her thoughts and ability to defy death, while...

• Hiro (Masi Oki) disobeys his dead father's command and opens up the office safe that holds part of a formula that, if completed, could destroy the world. Of course, it's confiscated within seconds by a mysterious, time-traveling blonde.

• There are also brief appearances by Niki (Ali Larter) — now looking professional and dating (or married to?) an older man — as well as Noah (Jack Coleman), who's locked up in an inescapable prison cell. Oh, and keep an eye out for a new animated image (painting?) that look likes the Earth is cracking in half.

• And did we say a newly powered-up Mohinder gets to finally kick some ass?

The screening left little time for and a Q&A session, but that didn't stop the entire cast from coming on stage to wave and blow kisses to the fans (one young woman even got a hug from Ventimiglia). The crowd roared, especially since most had been waiting hours for the panel. One even waved a sign that said "Milo we camped out 4 U all night."

Looks like Elle (Kristen Bell) is going to be spending a bit of time sparring with Sylar this season.

Is Sylar in league with Angela Petrelli? In one short clip he is seen approaching her from behind and placing his hands on her shoulders.

The third season of Heroes will play out on BBC Two and BBC Three (and BBC HD) from the end of September, with a delay of just eight days on the original US broadcast. The season will comprise two "volumes", each containing 13 and 12 episodes respectively.

She’s back! Kristen Bell will return to NBC’s Heroes in September as part of a new multiple episode arc, PEOPLE confirms exclusively. The actress reprises her role as Elle Bishop, an agent of the Company, who harnesses electricity to zap her opponents.

“I’m just happy to be electrocuting people again!” she tells PEOPLE.

Fans can see Bell in the season premiere on Sept. 22. The actress has also just wrapped the Disney film When In Rome, which will be released next year

"Zachary Quinto Will Make You Cry." Thankfully, producer Bryan Burk meant this in nothing but a good way, talking about our favorite Heroes star (shhh...don't tell) Zachary Quinto's turn as Spock in the upcomign Star Trek blockbuster. Added J.J. Abrams: "Zachary brought a gravity and an incredible sense of humor, which is a wonderful combination because the Spock character is deceivingly complicated. And the revelation for me in watching the movie was that he's extraordinary. He was doing things I didn't even realize while we were shooting. These amazing things that sort of track the story." Don't know about you, but this makes my heart sing. Almost as much as this...

Yessie in New Orleans: Heroes! Give me something!
Gladly! I will give you a bevy of video interviews with our favorites (Masi, Milo, Zach, Adrian, Sendhil, etc.) this week for a Heroes Week extravaganza, so keep checking back. In the meantime, I can tell you this doozy of a spoiler: Sylar slices open the head of the person you may consider the show's biggest star! That happens within the first two episodes and we also learn exactly what he does once Sy-baby pops the lid on our heroic pals, so let's just say that there is plenty to look forward to early on in season three. They are putting some big plot points and answers in motion, from what I hear.

The Parts related to Heroes

Can you give me a quick update on “Heroes”?

Quinto: “We go back into production in two weeks so it’s really exciting. Everybody is looking forward to getting back and reconnecting and re-approaching the whole new season. I think everyone is really excited and the writers are all regrouped and rested.

Have you read anything?

Quinto: “I haven’t gotten any scripts yet, so I’m expecting them probably within the next week or so.”

Are the “Heroes” fans and “Trek” fans going to get along or is there going to be beefing in the streets?

Quinto: “I don’t see why there has to be. I think “Heroes” and “Trek” are both built on the tenants that there is a lot to be found in everybody, and I think that they will celebrate that. They better.”

And I know you’ve been on the campaign trail a lot. You’ve been stumping for Barack Obama. And there is another “Heroes” cast mate of yours who’s been doing a lot. Hayden with the dolphins, have you been watching her? What are your thoughts?

Quinto: “Well I have a lot of respect for somebody that is so young and can have the foresight and the commitment to see something through that dramatically and that sort of bravely. I have nothing but respect for Hayden, and I think she represents that in a lot of different ways.”

Bell is a geek in her own right—of the musical-theater type. In March, she and Heroes co-star Zach Quinto got to live out a minor fantasy, performing a number from Bye Bye Birdie at an Alzheimer charity benefit. “We’ve been dying to sing together. We sing [current Broadway musical] Spring Awakening in the car all the time,” she confesses, admitting her iPod play list could easily be mistaken for that of your average gay man. “I really want to go back to Broadway and go do a classic musical, do some Sondheim.”
